House with view of the SEA AND THE LAGOON WITH 180 DEGREES see more PHOTOS, with architectural design of magazine, modern rustico all open with glasses allowing visual of all the parts and integration with the nature, big style design loftAll in Wood, glass, stone and concrete, swimming pool with infinity edge to lagoon and sea, nature in abundance between the Atlantic forest being able to see prego monkeys, toucans blue crows and several others, birds and visuals, really a paradise that the photos speak better, and close to everything and with much privacy. facila access to everything the city offers. the house have already been made many TV commercials and famous advertisements!Wonderful neighborhood and quiet streets, but close to everything!It is on the top with paradisiac view type lookout!has an ascent of access to the house of 70 meters that all cars go up quietly! Just do not point out for some types of vans and big trucks! It can slide little! As we had 1 case the guests rented a van with a driver and the driver had not much experience had ended up skidding little! But nothing that is difficult! I live in the house and I go up several times a day with my family and children and it is quiet every day!
