Stepping inside the main cottage, guests are greeted by a cozy interior that seamlessly blends modern comforts with classic cabin aesthetics and antiques. Warm wooden accents, from the exposed beams to the polished floors, create an atmosphere of rustic elegance. Large windows frame breathtaking views of the glistening waters, inviting natural light to fill the space and providing a constant connection to the tranquil surroundings.

The heart of the main cottage is a spacious living area, complete with plush furnishings arranged around a crackling fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings spent recounting the day's adventures. A fully equipped kitchen beckons you to whip up delicious meals, with enough counter space and modern appliances ensuring convenience. Spices are provided.

Venturing outdoors, guests are greeted by a meticulously maintained beachfront, where soft sands meet the gentle lapping waves. Muskoka chairs dot the shoreline, offering idyllic spots for lounging with a good book or simply soaking in the mesmerizing views. A fire pit stands ready at the shoreline for evening bonfires, casting a warm glow under the starlit sky as laughter and conversation fill the air(wood included).

In the summer months, guests can explore the tranquil waters by the provided canoe, kayak, or peddle boat gliding along the shoreline and discovering hidden coves. As the seasons shift and winter blankets the landscape in snow, the estate becomes a cozy haven for snowmobiling enthusiasts. Miles of scenic trails beckon, offering exhilarating rides through snow-covered forests and across frozen lakes. After a day of adventure, guests can return to the warmth of the cottages, where hot cocoa and crackling fires await.

Whether it's paddling on the water, XC skiing on the frozen water, exploring the trails by ATV, or snowmobiling through winter wonderlands, this waterfront estate offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for all seasons, with the additional guest house ensuring ample space for family and friends to join in the experience.

This quaint log cottage was built it 1937, but had been maintained in pristine condition and has all the amenities you will need to have a stay you will remember and want to return to. The space is filled with quality furniture, a large Napoleon wood stove encased with Muskoka rock hearth, decorated mindfully with antiques, and has full kitchen and bath. There is a 500 sq foot bunkie cabin (100 fit from the main cottage)with a queen bed, 1/2 bath and a sitting room. There is two living rooms in the main cabin, one with comfy leather couches in front of the wood stove and one with twin ricking chairs and two comfy couches faces the lake through floor to ceiling windows across the whole cottage front. The expansive 350 deep lot is all level, a large deck with new Napoleon propane BBQ, picnic table and chairs, Muskoka chairs at the water front, a bonfire pit at the sandy shoreline, and a outside wood burning BBQ on the lawn. Your family can play sports like bocce ball, croquet or bring your badminton set because there is plenty of lawn to play and spectator the actions.
Relax in the rustic space inside with an upper 2 twin bed cathedral loft with views through the wagon wheel light below to the burning glow of the wood stove. The kitchen is very functional with full size appliances, spices, all pots and pans, cutlery and panware. Many screened windows throughout that you may open to allow the pine scented breeze to blow in on the warm summer evenings. The lake is medium sized and very private, clean and quiet and a hidden gem for the angler whom like to net pickerel, pike, bass and crappy. We offer an aluminum boat and motor for a good price, or just use our canoe, kayaks and peddle boat. The beach is 105 ft of sandy shallow frontage and great for young kids to play and adults to wade in weed free.
You will enjoy this cottage year round for snowmobiling or ATVing on the vast organized trail network OFSC or Almagiun Riders. Go right from the cottage to the trail start 1 km down the dirt road.
Cross country skiing is great on the lake or travel 30 minutes to Arrowhead Provincial park. Come visit this slice of paradise and you will want to return again and again. Our prices are better than reasonable compared to the space size, natural beauty and amenities offered. This is a one of a kind spacious cottage.
