Peaceful, nature-vibes getaway minutes to St Augustine. Small-dog friendly!

Nestled in the back of a residential neighborhood. Secluded backyard with privacy on all sides. Nature and semi-rural living 10-15 min drive from downtown St Augustine, the beach &/or Nocatee, Florida. Cardinals, woodpeckers, sometimes deer & wild turkey from the back yard. Note that we use this property throughout the year with our pets so would not be good for someone with dog/cat-allergies.

Thomas and his wife have lived in St. Augustine for 2 years. Thomas is originally from Ponte Vedra and always wanted to live closer to St Aug his whole life. Jessica is from NYC and hosted 3 separate short-term rentals for years to rave-reviews as an excellent host. They love spending time in Vila I beach with their dogs, walking downtown St Aug, eating great food.
