Very nice, spacious, first floor unit , 2 bedroom/1.5 bath with a little over 1000 sq. ft. with luxury vinyl tile floors updated 2025 in living area and gorgeous wood laminate floors in bedroom. Brand new flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms. King bed in master bedroom. 2 Twins in guest room. DVD player in living area. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET! Step out back door to boat docks and pool. Private beach is just a 5 minute walk with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Washer/Dryer in unit. Sleeps a maximum of 4. Fitness center, heated handicap accessible pool, lighted tennis court, gas grills/picnic areas, clubhouse, boat docks, rental and realty office on site, with another heated pool, and beach access on the gulf side with 7 day a week beach concierge service including complimentary use and set-up of beach chairs and umbrella! Come spend a week or more with us on beautiful and sunny Siesta Key!

For a first time stay at Siesta Key we feel we could have chosen a better place to stay. The kitchen was very ill equipped and we had no lanai (which we thought we would). Beach is beautiful!
