Very good

Unit was not in good condition with some breakages, borderline cleaniless, and opportunity to make unit much more welcoming with more soft and consistent lighting.

It was fine for our family’s needs for the price because most other condos were higher priced. We have stayed in various condos for the past 45 years , some better sione worse. The beds were clean and everyone said comfortable. We were able to cook a big meal and play games.
Overall, with a few minor upgrades this would be fantastic.
We had a blast staying at Dustin’s place. It was very clean and the big table allowed for us to play board games and have dinner together. Also nice how close it was to the mountain!
The place was great and the location was amazing. There is also access to pool and spa, and the views from there were awesome. Dustin communicated well, and had all the stuff in the kitchen well stocked. Would come back again!
Unit was clean. Communication with property manager was very good and timely. Good dining space if you are wanting to eat in.

Absurd
I booked a two week stay and there was no working coffee maker. I contacted Patriot, the property management company and was told that a coffee maker was not listed under the included amenities and long story short they would not be providing one. The kitchen was not fully equipped and needs some work. I will never book with this property management company again!
This was a great location close to tubing hill, Winter Park ski resort and the Rec center. Lots of beds for our large family and loved that they accommodated our dog. The community club house was a great addition with the outdoor pool. We arrived just before a 2 foot snow storm. When we were worried about an impending snow storm keeping us in town, we were able to book an additional night and extremely thankful to the host. Snow removal on the property occurred 24 hours after snowfall and would have been hard to maneuver if not for a 4 wheel drive vehicle. With all the snow, we needed more snow boot storage for wet boots. But there were LOTS of hooks for coats and hats! Some small issues in the condo but alerted the manager promptly and was great in communication. Overall this was a great rental.
It was difficult to find bldg # on both waze and another map app. Once we found it, no problems. Dustin and Patrick responded to our voicemails via text right away. There was plenty of space for my husband and I, our 2 teens, my parents were visiting and our dog. It was quiet and clean. Plenty of space, beds, linens, and kitchen was well stocked. Great location to hot tubs and racquet ball. Out dog loved taking walks down by the ponds near the Safeway grocery store. TV and wifi was great. Only issues were the fridge kept things kind of cool but definitley not cold. And the faucet on the kitchen sink was stretched out/broken. Otherwise great location and great condo for our family needs. Would stay here again.

Four Nights in Winter Park
We booked relatively late for a Spring Break getaway, but were pleased to find this relatively economical option for our dates. Definitely review the directions as finding this place in the dark was a bit of a challenge! Upon arrival, the location was good as it's very close to the Safeway, and the VRBO was fairly clean with a few exceptions (dusty furniture, lights, and some spots on the walls and carpets). However, there were a number of minor maintenance issues that surprisingly have not been addressed. The light fixture above the dining area had several light bulbs missing, the master bath faucet leaked (had to close the bathroom door due to the noise) and the shower door wouldn't stay closed, and the kitchen was not well equipped for cooking and serving (silverware especially was lacking). The master bed had no headboard, and the vertical blinds in the living room have many missing. Overall, the VRBO could really use a substantial update. Finally, the staircase can be hazardous in the ice and snow as one of our party had a substantial fall as we were departing.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
The Good: The location of the condo is very convenient to a grocery store and easy access to the road to the Winter Park Ski Resort. The unit is an upstairs unit that has a lot of potential once repairs are made. The Bad: 1) We had a hard time finding the unit. The address on the listing does not accurately detail where the unit is located. If we were provided the check in information prior to the check in time we would have been able to find the unit as the owner put in a description on how to put in gps information. When you click on the button to show location on a map it shows the wrong location.2) Upon entering the unit you see that the vertical blinds covering the patio door is missing about a third of the slats. This needs to be taken care of immediately to provide privacy.3) The light fixture over the dining table is missing bulbs and one bulb is hanging from wires, which could be a fire hazard.4) There are three coffee makers in the unit. Two drip and one Keurig. The two drip coffee makers are missing carafes and the Keurig was disassembled. These need to be thrown out and replaced with one usable device.5) The teflon pots and pans are un-usable as there is very little teflon left in the pans. These need to be thrown away and replaced with a decent set of pots and pans. 6)Silverware was falling apart and not enough for our guests. The Ugly: The sheets on one of the bunk beds appeared to have blood stains on them. This is a health hazard.
