A Fantastic Week at Sam's Place

Everything was exactly as described online. Sam was an excellent host and even thought of things we could use and brought them over to us prior to us even thinking of needing them. We had a very enjoyable stay at a neat and clean home. Thank you, Sam, for being such an excellent host.

Great Location

Location was great, close to all amenities. House wasn’t spotless, but livable. Home was missing a few little things, no coffee maker, only a few bowls. Overall, for the price, it was ok. We had to shorten our trip and had put in a request for this with the owner, a refund was agreed upon, we are still waiting for the refund to be processed.

Absolutely lovely and accommodating place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Sam’s property because he communicated all details to us clearly from start to finish and the house was very clean with everything that we needed. Not only that but he even had labels on his cupboards in the kitchen so we knew where everything was. Sam is a highly responsive and caring host so we will definitely stay there again and recommend his place to everyone we know! :) Thanks again Sam!

Drafty windows

Windows were frozen open in the wash room all the windows were drafty.the floors need a good wash there was glitter all over the kitchen and living room floors
