- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.

Dirt, crumbs, and rude hosts.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this property or host, and hope if you are reading this that you find more suitable accommodations for your vacation.I requested in advance of my stay that the property get a little extra cleaning due to a food allergy that is reactive to the touch. The host was very upset by this, insisted I did not ask in advance, which I have written evidence I did, and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount especially given I have never been charged for this request before, as it likely amounts to less than one hour of work and vacuuming the couch in your unit once in a while is really a good thing anyways. The host questioned the severity of my medical condition, as if that is her right, and insisted that all furniture and surfaces were thoroughly cleaned between each guest. So I said ok. Upon entering the unit there was mail spilling off a shelf onto the floor, and there were visible crumbs on the kitchen and coffee tables, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling and raining down onto the floor. When I messaged the host, they insisted all of this was impossible and asked for photo evidence, which I sent them. I was then sent a flurry of texts, not on VRBO because I am sure she thought they would not get officially documented that way. We ended up canceling our reservation and moving as I did not trust the cleanliness of the unit, and did not want to stay with a host who treated their property or their guests in such a manner.

You omitted some critical details in your review. First and foremost, your payment for the stay was declined due to insufficient funds, yet you expected us to accommodate a last-minute deep clean—without even having paid for the original booking. As professional hosts, we cannot honor additional requests when the fundamental agreement has not been upheld. Secondly, the extremely short notice you gave us made it impossible to reassign our only cleaning team to meet your personal standards.
On top of that, your offer to merely TIP our four-person cleaning crew for an expedited deep clean was both unfair and unethical. A deep clean is not something you TIP FOR—it’s something you PAY FOR upfront and at a fair rate (not minimum wage).
As a medical provider, I was shocked that you failed to exercise due diligence when selecting a space or disclose your health needs at the time of booking. Now, you are falsifying your review by calling it an “allergy” when you explicitly told us it was a gluten intolerance—a statement you never denied when I clarified it with you. Please note that we can file for misrepresentation or defamation claims your way.
But what was even more disturbing was the way you treated our team—trolling and demeaning them i.e making inappropriate comments (calling us out for NOT being disabled) that were completely against our ethical standards.
We strongly advise that you pay your hosts on time, respect their teams, and always remember to be kind.
