Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 308. Enjoy Fun in the Sun with this redecorated condo with a Florida tropical theme! Just steps to the beach and swimming pool. Large screened lanai overlooks the beautifully landscaped Lagoon, Pool and partial Gulf view. Park your car in your own private garage which contains beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Rent a bike or walk around the 15 miles of paved paths that make Sanibel so charming! Discover what Sanibel has to offer from the Lighthouse on the East end to Captiva on the West with shopping and restaurants in between, or just walk for miles along the beach! You will never run out of things to do. You are also an easy walk along the beach to nearby beachfront bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the view with a drink or leisurely meal. This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed and a newly opened (200 sq ft) bonus space featuring an office desk and a tropical view of the lagoon. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, smooth-top stove and ice-maker in freezer, everything you need for a home away from home. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. In the guest bedroom closet, you'll find a baby stroller and fold-out bed for little ones. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! Our wonderful on-site staff is available to answer questions and help in emergencies. We would be delighted to have you as our guest! Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS. #20-00021088

Lovely place to stay with very short walk to beach.

Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items. Unit was quiet. Having the parking garage was a plus.

Loved our stay

Was a wonderful two bedroom condo. So close to the pool and two minute walk to the beach. Unit and especially the Kitchen had everything we needed. No ocean view from inside but overlooked pool and small lagoon. We hope to come back and stay again next year.

Great place to stay!

The condo was just what we needed and more! The kitchen had everything we needed, except foil and ziplock bags. The beds were all very comfortable. The hot water never ran out even tho there were four of us showering after a fun day at the beach! The patio was great. The pool was great. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was beautiful! Thanks for a great stay!

So nice!

My wife and I stayed at this condo with our 1 year old daughter and we all had a wonderful time! This was our second time staying at the Sanibel Siesta and it was excellent as always! The condo was clean and spacious. It was a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided in the garage! We will be back!

Wonderful family vacation

We went to sanibel with our 3 small children all under 7. The location was perfect, and condo was wonderful for our family. Master bedroom has an extension/addition that allowed us to fit our 16 month olds travel crib. 5/5 will be back!!

Great place to stay and visit

This condo in Sanibel is a wonderful place to stay. Even though 308 doesn't have a ocean view it still is a great location. Beautiful view of pool and lagoon. Garage was a huge bonus with pool and beach stuff to use. We do wish the condo had some type of cleaning or sanitizing spray, more TP would have been great to have. The pull out couch mattress pad needs cleaning, as it was dirty when we arrived. Luckily there was a clean one we found in closet that we used. But all in all this was a great place to stay and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We can't wait to visit again!

FLIP flop

This is not a unit I would rent again. It desperately needs new flooring. We had to wear our shoes inside because the carpets were very old and dirty. The dishwasher was left full of dishes from the previous stay. There was a used bar of soap left in the master shower.

Good place to stay for anyone.

Had a great stay at Flip, Flop, Fun. It was extremely clean, and well maintained. The staff was fantastic. Friendly, personable and quick to respond to a minor maintenance issue with the sliding door onto the balcony They conversed with us about any question we had about the area as if they had known us for quite some time. Beach was not crowded at all. Easy to find a spot to set up. The pool was a great place to relax. I saw an employee clean and care for the pool daily before it opened. I really appreciated the policy of "quiet time" after 10 pm. So respectful of other vacationers. Location is within minutes of the main road with grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. My only concern was checking in. We arrived on a Sunday and had to go to a different location for the key. I was a bit confused and the gentleman at the location I had gone to acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. This may be my concern only as I had had a bit of a drive and was hot and cranky. Maybe he didn't understand what I was asking for which caused more frustration. We finally got it worked out. I saw many families there. Good place to vacation for anyone.

Great location and great property

We totally enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well furnished. We didn't need or have any communication with the property management. Location is the top seller of the property. We were literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. My only nitpick is the thermostat was locked to not go below 74 degrees. We live in TX and deal with extreme heat and my thermostat sits at 71. Like I said, it is a nitpick. My wife loved it, but I would have preferred it a little cooler

The property was wonderful. Upon arrival, the condo was immaculate and was fully furnished with everything! The complex was quiet and close to all of the action. We will definitely consider staying at this property the next time we visit Sanibel Island.

Scary start

When we checked in , we were given keys to the WRONG unit. I walked to the door with my 2 young grandchildren. Opened the door with the key and walked in. It was obvious someone was already staying in that unit. There were many items sitting inside . I immediately turned around and got the kids out. My son in law went back to the office where they gave him the keys to the correct unit we were supposed to stay in. I was very upset. My grandkids and I were put in a potentially dangerous situation going into someone else's unit. I also had a fear the same thing could happen to us . It isn't safe to stay in a place where keys to your unit are given out to others. Be aware.

Great stay!

This is a great unit in a nice property in a great location. We have two young kids and the short walk down to the path to the beach was key. The kids really enjoyed all of the beach toys that were in the garage, and we also spent some time at the pool as well. This unit doesn’t really have an ocean view, but the upper floor location and garage are great. We had rain one day and enjoyed the board games in the unit. Sanibel is a great spot, and the calm and shallow beach with great shelling is great for kids. The island is so small that you can get anywhere quickly from this location with a car, and adults on bikes would also be able to get to the grocery store and restaurants. Our only minor complaint would be that it would be great if the unit had some spices (at least salt and pepper?), tin foil, oil, and minor kitchen things like that for any actual cooking.

Toes in the Sand

A great beach get away! Steps to the beach, beautiful views and a very comfortable property. Very clean and well equipped and even has a garage for your car! Sanibel is a fun vacation spot - lots of shopping and restaurants to choice from. Be sure to take a drive to Captiva and visit the Bubble Room!! Fun times!!
