About this property

Clean, Spacious, Centrally Located 2-Bed Basement Apartment

Step into our 2-bedroom basement apartment nestled in the heart of picturesque Ladd's Addition. Situated on a tranquil and secure street, you'll find yourself conveniently positioned amidst all the action.

The home was fully renovated in 2021. We live upstairs with a 2y.o. husky and provide all you need for your stay. Please note that there isn't a 100% noise separation, but we offer earplugs and white noise machines for light sleepers and respect quiet hours.

Our place is right in the middle of Ladd's Addition, close to stores like New Seasons and Market of Choice, lots of good restaurants, food trucks on SE Hawthorne and Division, four beautiful rose gardens, bars, and fun stuff to do. You can walk or bike to downtown or the SW waterfront easily, and you can also visit places like Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge within an hour's drive. There are two bus routes nearby, and our place is easy to get around on foot, with a high walk score of 93. It's a great spot to relax after a busy day exploring.

We loved this private basement suite. The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed. Located walking distance from groceries, restaurants and coffee shops, it was still very quiet. Would definitely do it again.
