This was a perfect place central to the Tampa area. Easy access to Raymond James Stadium and Tampa airport. The unit was clean, a great value and spacious. Kitchen had necessities and unit does have small washer and dryer.
House was not in the best clean condition, dirty dishes/slivereare and had a bad bull ant bug problem in the master bedroom. Close place for the Sportsplex, overall appreciate the stay.

This house was unkept.
The beds wasn’t changed, there was pubic hairs in all bathrooms & the kitchen & utensils were dirty covered in grease and finger prints.
The property was very nice and comfortable. It is well located and close to many activities in the Tampa area. Only issues are minor, there were roaches and the sliding bathroom door doesn’t close.
This nicely remodeled house gave us (a couple plus a teenager) plenty of space. Eugene was responsive and helpful. It was in a convenient location to get to Tampa Convention Center. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The property was still dirty upon arrival, and many of the pans and utensils were rusty and appeared unsafe to use. We contacted the host but received no response during our 7-day stay. The TVs had very limited options, and we weren’t allowed to add apps. While the exterior was nice, the overall experience was disappointing. Since it was non-refundable, we cleaned the space ourselves. Lesson learned about cheaper stays.
We enjoyed our stay…the little cottage was clean, spacious, and well located. The host was very quick to respond to a couple of questions. My only issue was the scent in the linens from laundry detergent/fabric softener because I’m allergic to them
This property was very clean and well kept. My only complaint is the morning wake up by the roosters in the neighborhood, non-stop crowing from 4 AM to 7 AM.
I’m not good at this, but the house was perfect for just my son and I. Just 15 minutes from the airport. Communication with Eugene was great if I had any questions for him. Everything was clean and had easy access to anything in the house. We were in a unique neighborhood, but was a great experience. We actually enjoyed hearing the roosters in the evening, we didn’t hear them in the morning because we used a sleep app on our phones. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank You!
House was very clean and just like the pictures. It does have 2 full bathrooms which made it perfect for our stay. The only issue we had was the roosters do not stop from sun up to sun down. Other than that very good for the money!
street it was located on was quiet ( roosters don't bother us ) Ms Terri was a sweet heart......only downfall was surrounding neighborhoods were very bad......i always make the best of any situation.....but listing should state the surrounding neighborhood conditions...some family memembers were scares to death.....luckily we left everyday early and didn't come back till after dinner,,,, like i said if it was stated the surrounding neighborhoods were so bad i would have no complaint....as the rest was as stated.....sorry

I live on the same street 1 block over. 2 years ago I built a $1MM 3600 sq ft contemporary house with a pool for my family and I to live in. I own the house next door to where this guest stayed. I have 2 retired cousins that live on the block. The family across the street have lived there for 80 years. It’s an established diverse neighborHood. Furthermore guests have a responsibility to do their research…if they want to stay in a bland WHITEwashes neighborhood perhaps they should book in one

The property is well kept unfortunately, it does not seem like she owner does proper cleaning in between guests. The sheets, pillow cases and comforters smelled like must from sweat. We had to wash them twice to get them clean. The closets were dirty and dusty. Random items had just been shoved in there. I didn’t not feel comfortable hanging any clothes. Dishes were dirty also. All this was not bad as the infestation of German roaches. They were everywhere, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room. This problem needs to be controlled before the owner rents out the space.
Would never stay here again. I was in town for a cheer comp and was super excited to stay near the convention center at an affordable rate. The property from the outside was beautiful. Inside the home at first glance was also nice. However, when we took a closer look the fridge was not clean and had hair in it, the sheets in the bedroom that face the back were SOILED and then while taking a shower I saw a ROACH. I thought this could be a one off but I was wrong, BECAUSE when I turned on the lights in the room my mother was staying in ROACHES began to scatter. DISGUSTED, I messaged the owner and told him about the soiled sheets, lack of cleaning, the roaches, that I was happy to share pics and videos, and also let him know my family would be looking for another place to stay. The response was less than appropriate. The owner responded the house had been cleaned by him, he cleaned all the sheets, and fumigated a week prior and that also that no one was in the house for a week, and just b/c I saw 2 or 3 bugs he did not intend on giving me a refund if I leave. I was appalled. There were more than 2 or 3 roaches, I just stopped counting at 10. It was ridiculous. Luckily we found another place for the rest of our stay. If you rent here just know what you might get if the fumigations don’t work. I wish I could submit a video.
