Exciting enhancements are underway! We’re renovating the pool and pavers to elevate your stay. Construction is scheduled for September and we’ve adjusted our rates during this period to reflect any temporary disruptions. There will be NO use of the pool and backyard in September!!

Unwind beneath the charming Seminole Tiki hut—enjoy your favorite game on the outdoor TV with a cold drink in hand while the kids cool off under the misters and enjoy games like cornhole, darts, or ping pong. Every detail has been carefully designed to create a memorable and stress-free vacation experience.

The pool is heated up to 85°F daily from December through April. Please note that heating effectiveness is weather-dependent, and may not always reach desired warmth. The heater is programmed to run from 10 AM to 6 PM, and the control panel is for management access only. Tampering with the system will result in a $500 fine and any necessary repair costs. Pool heating during other months is available for $30 per night.
One dog is permitted with an additional fee. Please provide your pet’s breed and weight in advance. We reserve the right to decline dogs under 1 year old or certain breeds (note: Labradors are not allowed). Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
