We loved our long weekend on Seabrook Island and our stay at Bobby’s place at Atrium Villas was wonderful. Great view, great porch for lounging and right across the street from beach access.

Beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds and watching the boats go by. Great location across from the beach. Bobby is a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and helpful.

My iPhone counted less than 200 steps from the door to the sand. Sunny days in December, with the temperature in the mid 60s - 70s is a great winter weekend! Please keep us in mind for your future vacation plans.

Can not beat the location!!

Access to the beach and sunrises were spectacular. The wrap around porch was perfect for family time and meals. Beds were comfy.

Relaxing getaway with family

Great location with nice views of the ocean. The property was clean and comfortable. The wraparound deck was a very nice feature. Communication with the owner was friendly and helpful with quick responses to questions. My family would happily stay here again!

Best View on Seabrook

Great visit with my Mom and sister. Awesome location and spectacular view of the ocean. We could see dolphins from the huge wraparound porch. Beautiful.

Quick trip to Paradise

The island is beautiful and the views from the condo are top notch! Our family of 4 enjoyed the ease of access to the beach- literally steps away! The area has lots to offer. We wish we had more time to enjoy! Our trip was impromptu and the host was very responsive to our reservation request. We hope to be back in the future.

Girlfriend reunion

Loved this place! Huge porch overlooking water. Bedrooms were large with really comfortable beds. Could not be better location. Property manager answered questions quickly!

Awesome relaxing private place.

We enjoyed the porch and our view. Also wanted to mention the beds ( I have a back issue ). Mattress in all rooms were very comfortable and . Beach access directly across the street. Much relaxing was done and fun had by all !

Fantastic

The unit was very clean and seemed well taken care of. The location and convenience to the beach access was unbeatable. We have stayed at several different places at Seabrook, and this was by far the best experience we have had. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Still the best view!

This was our third time staying at this corner atrium villa and it is still the best view and a wonderful location just steps from the ocean. Always clean and Robert is easy to communicate with. Thanks again for a wonderful spring break.

Great Stay at Seabrook Island

Great communication with owner of villa. The villa was clean and inviting. Loved sitting on the patio drinking coffee and looking at the ocean in the mornings. We also ate dinner every night on the patio. Area was quiet and peaceful. We did not want to leave. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place!

Seabrook Island is a little piece of heaven on earth! Such a beautiful place, the trees, the deer, the marshes all are just wonderful and the Atrium Villa is awesome. You literally have everything you need at your fingertips. And the owner, Nancy could not be more of a dream to deal with! Completely accommodating. Definitely will return to this place in near future for another vacation!
