Four Bedroom Villa for Rent at Pratumnak Hill

The villa is located on a private estate on a side-street at Pratumnak Hill, with the beach just 600 meters away. The road is one of the quietest on Pratumnak Hill but still within walking distance to bars, restaurants and convenience stores. The location is directly between Pattaya Beach and Jomtien. The back-end of Walking Street is just a 2-minute drive away. This is a very popular holiday destination with families or those who want to be close to the action but not quite in the middle of it all.

Accommodation
Beds
All four bedrooms are large and spacious, beautifully designed and furnished for total comfort. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, double beds, wooden floors, wardrobe spaces and flat-screen TVs. One of the bedrooms also has an extra single bed, so the villa can sleep nine people in total. Two of the bedrooms are situated on the upper-level, one of which is the master bedroom, which is more like a suite than a normal bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms can be found on the lower-level.

Baths
There are six bathrooms in total; four of which are ensuite with toilets, walk-in shower units and wash basins, while the remaining two are guest rooms with just toilets and wash basins. The Master Bedrooms ensuite has a large Jacuzzi. One of the downstairs ensuites has a bathtub as well.

Kitchen
There are two kitchens in the villa. The main kitchen is in the heart of the open-plan living area. The white marble countertops and wooden units make the cooking area a pleasure to use. High-end appliances include a coffee machine, two double-door refrigerators with freezers, a kettle, toaster and a three-ring electric stove. The second kitchen is located in the lower-level living area, coming equipped with a Smeg oven and microwave, a sandwich-maker, kettle, fridge and a four-ring electric hob.

Living Rooms
The main living area is awe-inspiring. The tall ceilings have designer neon lighting, creating a stylish visual effect. The lounge has two large wall-paintings; one is a silhouette of a jazz band and the other one is of Charlie Chaplin. There is a large leather eight-seat sofa for ultimate relaxation within close distance to a large flat-screen TV with international satellite channels. There is another smaller lounge area on the lower-level; coming equipped with a sofa and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with international channels.

Dining Room
You have couple of choices when it comes to dining. The main dining area is within the open-plan living space. Here you will find a majestic eight-seat marble dining table right next to the kitchen. Leading out towards the outdoor terrace, there are seats and tables enough for eight people to dine overlooking the garden and pool. There is also a circular dining table on the lower level that can seat four people.
