1 bedroom/1.5 bath on first floor in mid-town Indianapolis. Home has fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a fabulous front porch for enjoying outdoor space and relaxing. The home was built in 1890 with expert craftsmanship. Beautiful tiger oak stained trim and coffered ceilings with leaded glass inserts. Stained glass window in dining room. Built-ins and old world charm. The neighborhood is a family friendly diverse neighborhood. Great walkability to several local restaurants. 5 minute drive to Mass Ave, 8 minutes to downtown. 12 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium.
Methodist Hospital and IU Riley Hospitals are both within a 8-12 minute commute. There is a bus stop 8 blocks to the west and 3 blocks to the east. 10 minute drive north to Broad Ripple. There is a separate unit upstairs 3 bedroom/2 bath that is completely separate from this unit. Both can be leased together for larger groups.
Absolutely NO PARTIES of any kind. No smoking (including pot). Owner lives on site. There is a flock of chickens on site.
