This home is very spacious and comfortable. It is artistic and modern, but practically laid out to meet a families needs.

- Downstairs has two bedrooms and one bathroom (1 queen and two twin beds)
- Upstairs Loft has a living space with 65"tv and couch as well as two beds and a generous full bathroom. (1 King and a queen bunkbed with a full on top and a twin trundle)
- Downstairs couch is a sleeper sofa
- Dining table seats 10!! Two additional tables for alternating seating arrangements seat 8.

Home's proximity to surrounding community
- Jump on Hefner Parkway within minutes can be downtown OKC or in Edmond.
- Lake Hefner is less than a 5 min drive. They have fantastic restaurants and outdoor activities
- 10 minutes from Chisholm creek shopping, activities and restaurants
- Kids favorite is the park, walking trail and open field just behind the house. Just cross the bridge and you'll see it.

Guest Access:
This home is a duplex and guest has access to entire home. They also have access to the entire fenced in yard.

The Neighborhood:
Quail Creek neighborhood has a local park and walking trail. It is also a mile from lake Hefner with tons to do outdoors.

Getting Around:
The home has a generous driveway for parking, but you are welcome to use the garage too.
