Why they chose this property
Our long term tenants and surrounding rentals take pride in the neighborhood and is much quieter than properties right next to 183 freeway.
What makes this property unique
It has been updated in 2024 and is 100% electric now so no leaky NG gas appliances and smells so perfect for people with susceptibility to off gassing. Stay tuned as we will be adding solar to properties! Will be a long process but will update as we go.
