About this property

This newly built private guest house features a beyond comfortable king size bed, with bathroom suite and gorgeous shower with soft water.

For longer stays there is a full kitchen, including gas stove, refrigerator and dining table, plus a washer/dryer.

The couch in the living room folds out into a queen-sized memory foam bed.

In addition, the location is optimal, with a short 20 minute drive to downtown Austin, but the quiet cul de sac allows for quiet rest.

Perfect for our needs

Brand new. Well laid out with a fresh, clean feel. This fit our needs very well as we were visiting our new grandbabies and needed to be close to them in a quiet neighborhood.
