Less than a mile from fancy El Paseo Drive for shopping and strolling. The Living Desert Zoo, McCallum Theatre, Palm Desert Community Center and park are all only minutes away. Not far from charming downtown La Quinta and Palm Springs and casinos are a short drive away. Enjoy outdoor morning coffee or grilling in the backyard with mountain views. The large grassy backyard is fully fenced, peaceful and private.
The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with all new beds. One room is setup with workspace ideal for your remote work. The primary suite includes a newly remodeled private bath. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and the comfortable living room has a cozy fireplace and smart tv. One month minimum stay.
