This place is a gem! Fit our needs and was perfect for our trip exploring the area. We especially liked being able to do some laundry before we continued on. The wine was appreciated after a long first day of travel!

Bryan was there when we arrived. He showed us in and the place was clean, quiet and exactly as described. What an escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Highly recommend this property.

Description is very accurate. Host is an excellent communicator. They provided an excellent handbook for the house as well as restaurants, places to visit in the area. Very clean place. Appliances top notch. Location is excellent for exploring the lower Finger Lakes. Would not hesitate to return to this house again.

This location had everything you need for a home away from home. We found laundry soap, shampoo & conditioner, coffee maker and coffee pods, comfy bed, hanging closet with hangers, and internet. The kitchen had everything I needed for our meals. Pots and pans, silverware, dishes, chopping knives, and toaster. The place was very clean. I have mild OCD and it was my level of clean which is rare. Gold star for cleanliness. Location was convenient to downtown and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The host was very responsive to our questions and even helped us with tips on how to get around. We would stay here again and recommend this location.

Perfect place to stay for a Watkins Glen & Finger Lakes visit! Convenient to drive everywhere, so many lovely places and so much gorgeous nature to see! Hospitality is absolute tops - we hope to stay here again if we return!

Convenient and clean perfect place for a track weekend

I stayed here by myself while participating in an event at Watkins Glen. The location was perfect. The room was clean updated and nicely decorated. Much better than staying in a hotel , would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful little studio apartment. It was clean. It had everything that we could need. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations on places to eat things to see. We would love to go back again.

This was a truly special visit, and the host and his family were wonderful. Everything in the self-contained unit was attractive and in pristine condition; there was nothing I needed that wasn't supplied. The home is an historic beauty and is in a wonderful neighborhood setting, with easy access to so many historical attractions, hiking, wine-tasting, cafes, etc. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to the area.

A cozy spot

We enjoyed our stay at Montour Falls. We were in town to visit Watkins Glen SP - a must see locale. It’s very close proximity to the park. The space was comfortable and cozy and very clean. Checking in was seamless and Bryan was very responsive.
