Our charming accommodations are located above Bath County Farm & Garden Supply, Inc., one of the finest and oldest businesses in Mitchelltown, VA. It is centrally located with easy access to many outdoor activities offered by the newly renovated Homestead Hotel and Spa; including hiking, fishing, swimming, horse back riding, golf, winter sports as well as the newly renovated Warm Springs Pools. Several great restaurants and shops throughout Bath County.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put wet towels on top of the washer and sheets in the laundry basket provided
Turn air back up to 74 and shut off all lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must turn off lights, put all used towels in the basket provided in the laundry room. Turn heat down to 68 or Air Conditioner to 73.
Leave apartment as you found it.
Put dishes in the dishwasher and turn on.Use cover over food in microwave.

We really love the place it's so clean with everything we need inside the kitchen inside the bathroom and toilet ,living room, bedrooms, laundry room, Towels all cleaning materials and the Owner is so kind and easy approach to help

The host is wonderful and takes the time to make sure everything is in good order. We were working in the area and she was very accomodating to our needs. Definitely recommend her apartment for space, cleanliness, easiness, and the generosity and graciousness of the host!
