My husband and I are from the area. I grew up in Orange Beach and my husband is from Theodore ( Mobile). We are looking forward to retirement and we will enjoy hosting and meeting folks.

Why they chose this property

We were fortunate enough to find this piece of property. It is family land. Not our family but everyone has welcomed us and the area is quiet and safe.

What makes this property unique

This property was a small farm. No one has ever lived on it so we had a lot of work in store for us. You might see some deer. I see hoof prints every time I mow grass. We want a park with plenty of space so the RVs are not crammed in. There is room to pitch a ball or park a boat. No city noise.
