The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off ALL fans and any STAND up heaters
Close any opened windows
Return parking pass to basket inside front door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Grills, open fire or fireworks - prohibited on deck. No linens/clothing may be hung from deck. Charcoal grill is available for use behind Unit A.
Excessive noise is NOT permitted at any time. Town quiet hours are 11PM to 7AM. Garbage is to be bagged and placed in dumpster on property.
Only 1 car per unit allowed to park in designated spot. Others must use overflow to the side. Parking pass must be displayed in car.
