Sitges Centre Newly Refurbished Spanish-style Maisonette With Rooftop Terrace

This comfortable Spanish-style Maisonette is a 75 sqm townhouse located in the center of Sitges, only 450 meters from the beach! Enjoy the rooftop terrace with barbecue kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, Air-Con, Wifi, completely refurbished in 2015!

I fell in love with this house because of it's Mediterranean feel and amazing location, right at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the old centre of Sitges.

When you open the front door the first thing you'll notice are the ceramic-tiled staircase that give the house such a colorful and happy touch!

ENTRANCE FLOOR
On this entrance floor you have the living room / dining room / indoor kitchen. There's a single bed (90x200) for a 5th guest that also serves as a couch, a dining table for 5, cupboards, the fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave/oven/grill, the washing machine that also dries and a toilet. It's small but cute!!

The floors looks like wood but in fact they are ceramics... you would never see the difference but they are much easier to clean and very resistant.

In the winter enjoy our working fireplace!

FIRST FLOOR
Go up 12 stairs and you arrive on the 1st floor with 2 double bedroom and a bathroom with a giant walk-in shower.

The 1st bedroom "Yellow" is a tiny love nest where we just had enough space to put a double bed (140x200) against the wall with tons of pillows, a smart TV with local channels, a wall cupboard, mirror and clothes hanger. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and the window gives out onto the external staircase.

Right next to it is the "Blue" bedroom with a little balcony that gives out onto the quiet cul-de-sac. The double bed here is 150 x 190, there are cupboards, a floor-to-ceiling mirror, a smart TV with local channels and 2 side tables with side lamps.

ROOFTOP TERRACE
Access the rooftop by a large and safe external staircase. This is the extension of the house, just like another room, it can be completely covered with a fabulous Sitges-Blue awning. It has a sitting area, a dining table for 5 and outdoor kitchen with an Australian-make 4-burner gas barbecue in chrome. There are lots of plants and trees that I will ask you to water regularly when you stay!

It's hard NOT to fall in love with Sitges. The tiny old street, the white-washed houses, the large promenade on the beach front... What gets me every time is the pace of life, so much slower.

The maisonette is not just in the old centre and 450 meters from the beach, it is in a quiet position, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, so you get the best of both worlds - central but quiet.

Supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants are all round the corner. The Market and the train station are 500 meters away.
