Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry

Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.

PROPERTY RULES:



-Trailers, busses, campers, or boats are not permitted on the property.

-Roller blades (skates), scooters, or skateboards are not permitted on the property.

-Please no parking in grassy areas of the property.

- Turkey fryers, fireworks, and open fires are not allowed anywhere on the property.

- Do not allow children to climb, move, or stack rocks.

-No items are to be hung off railings

-There are only two parking spaces per unit

-Due to bear activity, no trash can be left outside of your unit.

-Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times on the property.

-If guests have multiple units we ask you not to move items from unit to unit

- Pets are not permitted. Service animals must be on a leash at all times and it is your responsibility to pick up after your service animal.



There is one exterior camera are solely to keep track of our cleaning team.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
