It overlooks the mountains and the neighborhood (Estancia Q2) has tennis courts, paddle courts and a supply supply within the neighborhood. For golf lovers, it is very close to the EL Terron golf courts in Mendiolaza and Cordoba Golf Club at Villa Allende.
