Bedrooms have ceiling fans, closets w/lots of "built-in" storage & **brand new**
Queen sized beds w/new memory foam mattresses on quality hardwood platform frames.

Small private, fenced yard w/small table & chairs. Storage for your bicycle, sporting equipment
or surfboard!

Back door entry off kitchen to parking lot makes unloading groceries a breeze.
