Perfect for large gatherings, this huge 4800 sq foot property is walking distance to Notre Dame (about 1 mile).

We designed this property in 2024 with die-hard Notre Dame fans in mind.

The real treat is downstairs in the basement where you will find an amazing Irish Pub built just for you!

Pool table, poker table, darts, foosball table, and 85" theatre-style TV. Plus a full bar set up!

The hot tub and fire pit in the backyard is also a great spot to unwind after game-day or with your party.

The upstairs has a large beautiful kitchen with navy blue cabinets, and long living room with an L-Shaped couch facing a gorgeous stone fireplace and 65" TV, and 10-person dining area (there's an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island to comfortably fit 14).

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs.

We can't wait to host you!

Amazing house!

The house was spectacular. So many things to do, I wish we would’ve stayed longer. Close to ND campus, definitely walkable, but we were happy we had our bikes. Kyle was so responsive to any questions or needs. We hope to stay here again!

We were lucky enough to book this house for the playoff game! It was perfect for a big group of friends! The space is open and well thought out, clean, and everything was brand new! You can tell a lot of thought went into this home! Communication from host was also 10 stars! Would highly recommend!

It's so close to Notre Dame! You can pre-game at the house and walk to the game. Or if you are not in town for a game, it's centrally located to the major parts of town that you would want access to.

If you are ready for the full Notre Dame experience, this is it!

**LIVING ROOM**
The downstairs living room has yet another a beautiful stone fireplace, a Notre Dame-themed bench, and a foosball table for your enjoyment.

**IRISH PUB ROOM**
After you walk past the living room, you enter a true Irish Pub right there in your basement!

The beautiful Notre Dame Stadium wallpaper takes up nearly the entire side wall, and it will make you feel like you are right there in the stadium.

The 85" theatre-style TV also grabs your attention in the back of the room, but before you reach that you will find a pool table and bar top.
The bar top is equipped with 4 stools and a beautiful mirror backdrop with shelves. If you are coming for a celebration, the bar will be perfect for you.
You will also find a sink and wine fridge in the bar top area.

Directly in front of the bar top is an L-shaped couch seated in front of the 85" TV.

To the left of the bar top, you will find another Smart TV over a poker table. And behind the poker table is a dart board!

**RUDY ROOM - DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM**
Next to the poker table, you will find the Rudy Room!

This room is the downstairs master bedroom, and it's exactly what you would think. A bedroom with a Rudy theme!

Enjoy the comfort of this large master and king-sized bed. But beware, if you are sleeping in this room, the party in the Irish Pub room may still be going on ;)

🌳 OUTDOORS:

**DRIVEWAY and GARAGE**
You can easily fit 4-5 cars in the driveway and another 2 cars in the garage. Due to the house being on a main road, we would not recommend parking on the street

**HOT TUB**
At the end of the driveway is a pergola with a 6-person hot tub. The pergola gives full privacy with optional privacy screens. There is also a fence between you and the neighbor. There is also a great 4-seater rock fire pit area as well. The fire pit is propane-powered.
