Topaz 402 is a one bedroom privately owned condominium at Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort closet to Sandy Beach. Excellent on site amenities and easy access to fun activities lik ejet skies, off road vehicles, and sunset cruises. The condominium is comfortable and complete, with a great kitchen, living room , and ctranquil bedroom.

The bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and closet. The bathroom is attached to and has a shower and tub, along with a two sink vanity and large mirror.

In the main room is the living room space with leather sofa, Tv, and balcony access, dining table, and full kitchen with lots of cabinets, a large counter top and bar stools, large and small appliances, dinnerware, and cookware also.

Step out onto the patio and be amazed. Great views above the grounds and nearby beach. There is a glass topped dining table for four as well. A utility room offers a washer, dryer, and sink.
