CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash. • Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering. • We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

This was a great home in a terrific location. We were within walking distance of restaurants and an incredible book store. The neighborhood is wonderful.
The property was exactly as described and in a beautiful location. The kitchen has all you need and the bedrooms are lovely, although a bit on the warm side in the summer. We loved walking to local coffee and a delicious Italian restaurant (that is miraculously gluten free!)
House was super clean and area was great. Only minor concern was the size for accommodating our group. Search returned indicating the property could accommodate 7people, at best it could comfortably accommodate 5. Overall great experience!
We absolutely loved our stay in this perfect home in the German Village of Columbus. We have been visiting our daughter at OSU and have always loved this neighborhood. The house was so charming, comfortable and full of character. We loved everything about it and will definitely stay there next time we are in town!! Could not recommend more. 10/10
We loved sitting on the front porch of a tree lined neighborhood, with flowers everywhere. There were restaurants and taverns in walking distance. So neat and updated inside. The old house with original wood floors was charming, but because it was a duplex, the neighbor returned home each night and sound of steps down the hallway, sounded like it was coming down our hallway. We got used to it. Overall what a deal! So much better than a Downtown hotel.
