Sleeping Capacity: Accommodates 6 adults plus their dependent children.

IMPORTANT: We have a zero tolerance NO SMOKING policy. Smoking of all kinds not permitted inside the house. If any evidence of smoking is found, we charge a minimum $500 fee PLUS the cost of restoring the home to its original smoke free condition.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.
