Spotless and spacious suite conveniently located in Westpointe.
Welcome yourself to high ceilings and open concept living. The kitchen is equipped with all your basic cooking needs and a huge peninsula with seating. Dining area and living room offer loads of room to move around and enjoy your space. Two nice sized bedrooms located just off the kitchen area and a big bathroom. Laundry room has all the cleaning supplies you may need during your stay.
House Rules:
1. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. There will be a minimum fine of $1000.00 for anyone caught smoking or vaping inside the property.
2. No parties or events: Respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
3. No pets: Unless explicitly allowed by the host.
4. Respect the property: Treat the space as if it were your own.
5. Keep it clean: Clean up after yourself and leave the space tidy.
6. Check-in/check-out times: 11:00 a.m. check-out time, and 3:00 p.m. check-in time. Please follow the specified times to avoid inconveniencing the host or other guests.
7. Maximum occupancy: Adhere to the maximum number of guests allowed by the host. Anyone exceeding maximum occupancy will receive additional charges.
8. Follow local laws: Obey all local ordinances and regulations.
9. Smart TV usage: Please sign out of all apps before leaving.
10. Communication: Keep the host informed of any issues or concerns during your stay.
11. No oilfield soiled laundry can be washed in our machines. Please use a commercial service for this type of laundry.
