Welcome to our family home in Cobblestone. Features a spacious living area and a kitchen stocked with all your basic needs for cooking at home. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath and lots of closet space. The two additional bedrooms share a full bath and are perfect for family or guests.

This property is an upper level suite on two floors. There is a lower level suite in the basement that is separate from your living space.

Pets are allowed with approval only.

The Space:
large open concept kitchen, dining room that looks into the living room. Smart tv and free WiFi. Half bathroom located on main level. Second level has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

Guest Access:
This property does not include the back yard but there is front yard grass space and a covered front deck. Free street parking along the front.

This property has a lower level suite. Your washer and dryer are located in a common area at the back of the property, that is locked from your side. This is only your washer and dryer. Lower suite has their own washer and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Cobblestone is a great family neighborhood with lots of playgrounds and walking paths.

COMPLEMENTARY AMENITIES: We provide a starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and other basic essentials to get you started. This covers most stays, but longer stays may require additional supplies, which will be the guest's responsibility to restock.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.

LOCK: Lock box with key located at the front door.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out requests must be submitted 24-hours before check-out time and may be subject to additional fees)

PETS: Small dogs are welcome with approval at booking. There will be a pet fee, per pet. We no longer allow cats at any of our locations. Thank you.
