Central to WNY adventures; Tall Pines 4wheeling Park you can (park & ride to explore!) Hunting, Fishing & Hiking! Easy access to The Finger Lakes, wineries, Antiques, and Boating. Closely borders Alfred State/University as well as 50,000 acres of state forestry land. come enjoy and relax in the peaceful quiet of it.

The space
The Oakridge Lodge & Retreat It's a charming Older home full of character it's out in the country, which makes it's peaceful and quiet, Dark stary sky's at night. it's a rustic farm home dating back to the 1800s which has been completely remodeled inside as of 2022.
with 7 bed rooms and 8 beds ,
2 living rooms with pullout couches room for plenty of guests to stay and sleep. 10 guests total.
2 full bathrooms
2fully functioning kitchens with stoves, microwaves coffee makers and everything to make a meal.
washer and dryer for your use as well.

Guest access
Enter house at driveway to rear Entrance Door, keypad entrance. Both yards to the side and back are part of property the tree line defines property and the maintenance sheds are off-limits.

Other things to note
I have Some Soaps / Shampoos available in house for your usage. You will still wanna be sure to bring your own toothbrush and other travel essentials. towels and toiletries are provided.
