Now with heated pool ! Enjoy the ocean views from inside the condo as well as on the private deck where you can walk 3 steps down directly onto the pool area or continue down to the beach stairs. Walk along the beach to Crabby Joe’s for a meal or to fish off the pier. Enjoy the no-drive beach behind this condo. A short drive north is the bandshell, carnival rides, cinema, boardwalk and ample parking with a walk-over bridge to the beach. A short drive south is Ponce Inlet lighthouse and museum as well as a marina, restaurants, catamaran and parasailing rides & a turtle sanctuary visitors center. A great location to relax and play

This was the perfect place and location. Located on the first floor made access to the pool and beach so easy! Beach chairs were available which was nice when flying in and the place was clean and spacious! Will definitely be booking this unit again! Thanks from Ohio!

Great view of the ocean! Just a few steps away from a heated pool. Another couple steps to the beach. Had a wonderful time with the family. Must hit up crabby joe's. We ate there 4x and only .5 mile walk on the beach. 100% will be using this place again!!

Delightful, spacious, sparkling clean, and a very nice price point. Private balcony with glass doors from living room and master suite overlooks pool and beach, with direct access to both. A/C was brisk and perfect respite from Florida’s July heat. Kitchen had all amenities you could want. Bathrooms were newly updated. Plenty of seating when sister and her family came for lunch. There is a designated and covered parking spot included. It is on 2nd floor level with elevator to ground floor. Although pet friendly, there were no pet odors or hairs. A smaller, more intimate condo, it was very peaceful. It was possible to hear the stairwell door and occasional murmur of conversation because it’s an end unit next to passage to beach for other units. Everything was quiet well before sunset, even on the weekend. Looking forward to return visits.

Great Location for an enjoyable beach vacation

We had a great stay here. The location was wonderful. Sunrise walks every morning by just stepping out the door. Great pool area with plenty of lounge chairs available. Condo itself had everything we needed to enjoy our time.

We have stayed in this building 5 times over the past few years. It’s the perfect place to stay! This is our second time staying in this unit, and it’s our favorite. On the bottom level with a covered patio that walks out to the pool and beach! Big bedrooms, big nice bathrooms, good size kitchen with a large dining room table, and a big open living room.

Great location

The location was amazing! I had a clear view of kids playing on the beach. No cars on the beach. The air-conditioning worked great and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely come again.

Perfect Location

The property was clean and roomy and the pool was beautiful and right outside our front door. We loved the direct ocean front on the "no driving" section of the beach. Had a great time!!
