Perfect location for us as we were visiting family in Coffey and spending time with our new grandson! The place was comfy and adequate for our use. Could use a couple end tables or a coffee table in the living area as there was nowhere to set down a beverage. Maybe consider a few pieces of artwork from a thrift store to give it a homey feeling. Loved the little fireplace, which really helped take off the chill!
