Villa Laura - Parco di Veio, Sacrofano

It is a 90 m2 comfortable and light-filled apartment, exposed on a hill in the village but sheltered, surrounded by greenery but very close to all the services in Sacrofano, only 20km from downtown Rome. The apartment is located on the first floor and it has an independent entrance. There’s a parking lot just a few meters from the property entrance where you can leave your car. Buses and train services are available to take you to Piazza del Popolo, in the heart of Rome, in only 30 minute. Small dogs and cats are accepted as long as they are well-behaved. I speak Italian, English, and Spanish and hope to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Sacrofano's municipality requires all short rentals to collect a fee of €1.00 per person per night. This fee will be collected by the hostess at your arrival in cash.

Great host, great stay

We loved our stay at Villa Laura. We arrived late and struggled to find the lock box (only because we were so tired from travel), and so our host came to meet us to generously help us find our way inside. The place was exactly as described, although a little further away from Rome than we thought. There are trains into the city but only earlier in the day. We decided to sleep in, so we ended up driving our rental car and paying to park it in Rome. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay.

Ein Traum

Liebe Floriana,wir waren von Ihrer Wohnung begeistert. Sie ist so herrlich ausgestattet,mit Herz und Stil eben. Wunderbar bequem sind die Betten. Unsere Enkeltochter genoss ihr separates Zimmer und abends den Ausblick auf die leuchtende Stadt. Alles war sauber,gut bedacht. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Wasserkocher,Kaffeebereiter,hübschem Geschirr,einem Geschirrspüler……. Einfach alles top. Von lieben Menschen wurden wir empfangen und geben die Empfehlung für diese Wohnung gern weiter. Der Parkplatz am Haus wäre noch das I -Tüpfelchen,weil die Wege mit Gepäck etwas beschwerlich gewesen wären,hätten wir nicht auch dafür eine Lösung gefunden.
