The wrap-around deck and outdoor areas are for your enjoyment. Please ensure safety and supervise children at all times.
Outdoor furniture should be covered or brought inside in case of inclement weather.
Trash and Recycling:
Please dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins. Trash pick-up is on Wednesday and Saturday, and bins should be placed at the corner with the other bins the night before.
Beach and Property Etiquette:
Rinse off sand using the outdoor shower or hoses before entering the house.
Do not remove any items or furnishings from the house.
Please close and lock all doors when you leave the house.
Kitchen Use:
Feel free to use the kitchen and appliances. Please clean up after use and run the dishwasher before check-out. Please clean grill after use or a $100 charge will be billed.
Wi-Fi and Internet:
Free Wi-Fi is available. The network name and password will be provided upon arrival. Please do not download illegal content.
Safety:
Ensure all appliances are turned off when not in use.
Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
Respect for Property:
Treat the house with care and respect. Report any damages or issues immediately.
Swim Safely:
Always swim with a buddy. Never swim alone.
Be aware of strong currents and rip tides.
Respect Wildlife and Restricted Areas: Do not disturb or feed wildlife. This includes seabirds, sea turtles, and other marine life.
Keep off the dunes. Restoration is in progress.
Dispose of all trash and recyclables in designated bins. Never leave trash on the beach.
Put all chairs and borrowed items back where you found them.
