Very disappointed with both the property and the handling of our complaint.The house has numerous issues involving cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and functionality. We documented many of the issues including damaged screens, an uncovered electrical outlet, loose pool ladder, poor pool-area maintenance, broken amenities, the outside shower and water hose developed a strong rotten-egg smell after running for a while. and significant problems with the air-conditioning system. We did report the third floor AC failure during our stay and maintenance came out and installed 2 window units in addition to the 5 that were already in the house. The existing outside AC equipment appeared extremely deteriorated. Our biggest disappointment is that this was not simply one or two minor issues. It was the overall condition and lack of maintenance throughout the property combined with what was represented online and what we actually found when we arrived. We would not rent this property again and recommend that future renters carefully consider the condition of the property before booking.
