Enjoy a getaway in this charming newly renovated home in 2024! The home is comfortable and relaxing, and conveniently located minutes from the beach, wine country, Farm Club, downtown Traverse City, and more! It also sits on nearly two acres of wooded land to view and explore.

Other things to note
No smoking in the home - evidence of smoking in the home will be subject to a $250 charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Pet Policy
$50 flat fee for up to two pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be house trained
All pets must be leashed if outside the home
All pet waste must be bagged and disposed of in garbage cans outside of home
All pets must be kept off furniture and bedding
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets
