Elite Blue Mountain Chalet - Blue Mountains

This charming chalet is immaculate and the perfect place to get away. It is set back on almost an acre of land, with mature trees giving privacy from the street and on all sides. You enter from the front porch which is partially covered or from the back deck into the mudroom for your skiis & boots. The main floor has a cozy feel with the gas fireplace in the living room which is open to the kitchen eating area. This chalet even has central air conditioning for much needed use in the Summer!!!

Perfectly located at the foot of the mountain just 3 to 4 minutes to the ski slopes and the Village at Blue Mountain, 4 to 5 minutes to the beaches along Georgian Bay, about 10 minutes to Collingwood and 20 minutes to Wasaga Beach. All this situated on a hug lot, wooded at the back, with a fire pit, a hot tub, and a new 20'x10' back deck.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

On the main level we have a full kitchen and living room. We also have a bedroom and a full bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs are 2 other bedrooms and another full bathroom nicely upgraded with a beautiful glass shower. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a walk-out to a private upper deck. A 4th bedroom is located in the basement. Downstairs is the separate space you need for entertaining or for the kids with a large family / media room.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This chalet is a secluded, private, detached property that will give you a wonderfully peaceful experience. Using the large hot tub is a great way to soak your cares away and relax. It is a new hot tub that is in excellent condition and kept clean at all times.
It is walking distance to skiing and the Blue Mountain Intrawest Village with world class restaurants, bars & shopping and all the family actives including an aquatic swimming centre, mountain biking, movies under the stars, fishing in the pond, mini-golf, the alpine coaster and new this year - the alpine ropes courses!
