I am a very friendly, honest and genuine person - I will be happy to meet you when you arrive at he property to show you around quickly and give you a couple of sets of keys. I was born in Bath and have lived in Bath for most of my life apart from a few years in London and Dubai - I love the City and can help you with any recommendations for restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, places of interest or any other queries that you may have about Bath. Most people who come here are visiting friends, on a working holiday, attending weddings or simply having a break from their usual routine in what is the simply stunning City of Bath.

The home is generally for rent as a whole however I am more than happy to look at booking rooms out to individuals and/or couples if that is the requirement.

The house has recently been refurbished to a contemporary/modern minimal style to a very good specification. There is full Virgin cable TV with HD installed, a 48 inch TV, Sonos and high speed broadband. The large kitchen is also brand new with fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and also an electric oven with gas hob - along with a dining table. The house is on a quiet culdesac and there is ample parking available - with no requirement for permits.

I am looking forwards to welcoming you to what I think is one of the best cities in the world, Bath. So if you are looking for an entire house to rent or maybe just a room then please do get in contact.

Why they chose this property

The house was originally my mothers and she had it set up as 5 bedrooms for students. The house itself fell into a bit of a worn out state over that period so about a year ago August 2015 I bought it from my mum, totally gutted it and spent over £60,000 renovating, remodelling and refurbishing it - changing it into a very plush 4 bedroom property.

Everything in it electrics, radiators, kitchen, bedrooms, roofing, flooring etc is all brand new - I am really pleased with the result and everyone who stays or sees it absolutely loves the property and cannot believe the transformation.

Another reason why I decided to buy the property was it's location - it is a very large property and was great value given that it is only a flat 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Bath - I thought it the perfect location and it means I can offer a really great property for a very reasonable price given that it is so close to the centre of Bath. It also has off street parking for those people who may have a car - although the house isn't in a permit zone which is another huge benefit.

All in all I love the house and hope it will stay in the family for years to come!
