Six month rental during the winter of 2015/2016

We escaped our Canadian winter by staying at Verushka's condo for six months during the winter of 2015/2016. We loved it! The condo is beautiful, the views incredible and the Beach Club facilities just can not be beat. Everything you could need is included with the condo. The kitchen is very well equipped and we couldn't have been happier for the entire six months. The sunsets every night were spectacular and we're dreaming about coming back for another winter. Thanks for everything, Verushka. P.S. Verushka, the owner, is super easy to deal with and very responsive.

Why they chose this property

We love the Ocean and the beach in Hallandale, its a very relaxing place and we also enjoy shopping, this is the perfect place to combine the two things. Also, it´s close to Orlando! our kids love Disney.

What makes this property unique

We take the elevator, and we are walking on the beach, the ocean is blue and the sand is beautiful, 15 minutes driving to Aventura Mall and 20 to Fort Lauderdale. We love running in the beach, reading a book and getting sun!
