The house is 5-minutes from Bear Mountain (a snow-boarder's paradise), and 10 minutes from Snow Summit (for alpine skiers.) In the spring, summer and fall, the lake is about 10 minutes away. Lake facilities offer sailing, jet skiing, water skiing and fishing. Guests can also enjoy horseback riding or zip-lining.
