This conveniently located property is just minutes to the Cross Sound Ferry to Connecticut, sight seeing and fishing charters, the Orient Point County Park and Orient Beach State Park, the Shelter Island Ferry, and the many restaurants and shops in nearby Greenport and neighboring hamlets. Taking the Shelter Island North and South Ferries will have you in Sag Harbor within an hour and on to the beaches and villages of the Hamptons. The North Fork is also home to many of the best vineyards and breweries in New York.
