Cute and Close to Downtown! Off street parking w/ short walk to Academy/Stadium

Enjoy the close proximity to all Annapolis has to offer at this row house located next to college creek. Nicely decorated and cozy! There is a queen bed in each room as well as a sofa which folds into an additional queen bed. The yard offers seating and a charcoal grill and there's a balcony off the bedroom for private outdoor enjoyment. Home is equipped for cooking and hanging out if you prefer to stay home. But if you are out on the town enjoy the ease of only a 10 minute walk to West Street where you will find great restaurants and church circle. Only 20 minute walk to the naval academy and downtown so we park the car in the house's own parking in the rear off the street. No need to fuss with parking downtown! If in town for a Navy game, the Stadium is only a 10 minute walk.

Great spot for what we needed!

Place was very clean and the communication about entry and parking was great! We went for a game at the stadium and was an easy walk. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. We will stay again when we come for another game!! Super nice place!

Perfect location

This property is a gem! Close to everything but without too much hustle or bustle! Great amenities. Kimberley is very easy to work with and graciously accommodated my need for late check out. Parking is private and off street!

Great location!

Cute place! Everything you need and location was wonderful!! Neighbors are noisy and sound like they’re right above you instead of next door. Parking in the back is nice to have, but precarious to get out of due to many cars around you. Neighborhood is diverse, but never felt unsafe. Rose bushes attack you on the way in, so be careful.

Great Place/ location not the best

The place itself was great! Very clean, plenty of room for our family of 4, great décor, and had more than everything we would've needed for our stay. Off street parking was great, as it is very limited anywhere in Annapolis. The host was awesome and communication was outstanding. However, the location isn't in the best neighborhood, FYI. We did not feel comfortable walking with our kids, especially at night, so we used Uber.
