We are a happy family that independently rents a family house for vacation near the sea. For years, we have enjoyed building a house and arranging a vacation property. It was the fulfillment of our dream, a challenge worth the effort. A house by the sea surrounded by a Mediterranean garden is here. It is our great pleasure to be your hosts :)
Why they chose this property
The location is in a quiet place, away from crowds and noise, in the green, in the vicinity of pastures and forests, and only 10 minutes away from the beautifully clean sea. Sea beaches are located away from tourist complexes and noisy clubs, so it is easy to find your own cove for swimming and lounging. The property is well connected to the largest city in the region. The city of Pula can be reached in 20 minutes, and the nearest grocery store is a few minutes away by car.
What makes this property unique
The property is full of Mediterranean species, from olive trees to fragrant herbs and flowers. During summer temperatures, there is enough shade with benches and tables to sit on, and the evening atmosphere is special, complete with the smell of the sea and natural vegetation. The property is completely fenced and safe to stay in, and at the same time protected from strong winds. In the very neighborhood, guests can taste and buy healthy original products from local producers of olive oil, fruit, vegetables and local wine. Local restaurants and supermarkets are a 10- to 20-minute drive away.
