This large home offers beautiful views of rural Kentucky and has a large patio to relax with your family. The property is located one mile from Nancy, KY at the entrance to Pulaski County Park which offers a free boat ramp launch and a public beach. This home is only minutes (2 miles) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat dockage as well as boat and jet ski rentals.

The home boasts over 2,450 square feet of space including 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and an eat-in kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and includes a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms offer Queen Size Beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a bath which includes a tub/shower combination. On the lower level there is another king bedroom, a twin single bedroom, and a full bedroom off the rec room seating area. The Living Room and the lower level rec room both include ample seating, and a 50" television. There is a full bathroom that includes a shower located off of the Living Room on the first floor and another full bath off the rec room on the lower level. The Eat-In Kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes seating for 11 (8 at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar). Free wireless internet service is available.

Wonderful, relaxing getaway

We were able to check in early, everyone loved the space and the rooms. Our plans fell through, so we ended up spending most of the time at the house. It was cozy, relaxing, and well maintained.

We loved the house for our weekend trip to Cumberland. The kitchen was large and has plenty of seating and the house felt spacious. It was a short drive to a marina nearby and the house was in a quiet area with nice views! Everything was very clean and welcoming.

We were very comfortable in the house. Very cozy and clean, good space, they offered paper towels, toilet paper, a lot towels for bath and kitchen. We arrived in a cold night 🥶 and they brought to us healers and helped us in all we needed. I recommend this house.

Easy accessible home for large family/group

Just got back from a weekend at the Lake with the family and we were very pleased with our stay! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pans, and dinnerware and the bathrooms have plenty of linens. There is an air hockey table down stairs that my kiddos (and adults) fully enjoyed! There is lots of space outdoors to hang out. A washer/dryer is available downstairs-- meaning I did not have to come home to a bunch of dirty laundry!! We found two baby gates to keep stairs blocked. The home is a quick drive to Lees Ford Marina and also Pulaski Co. Park. It would've been slightly better had there been cable hooked up downstairs in the basement. We encountered quite a bit of rain and spent more time inside than anticipated. We had several young kids in our group, so it would've been great for everyone to be downstairs together while kiddos napped upstairs. The pillows were subpar- but there were plenty of them. There were also some crumbs etc on the floors, residue on windowsills-- but nothing that would deter us from staying (we are just a super picky clean group). The owners/point of contact were always friendly and prompt! They responded to all questions quickly and were very accommodating! We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Nice roomy place for extended family gathering

We had one family upstairs and one family downstairs which was great for privacy - but also a a great kitchen area for gathering together. We've stayed here before and liked it very much - it would be nice to have some extra bedside lamps but otherwise it's a clean house with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of bathrooms (4).

Memorial Day Stay 2023

We enjoyed our stay at the house and the bedrooms and bathrooms met the needs of our guests. The house was clean and easy to access. The driveway is a bit of a challenge with two boats on trailers--required some rearrangement of vehicles at times. Would recommend some additional trash cans please. A fire pit would have been a welcomed feature when sitting outside in the evening. Although the weather did not cooperate and prevented boating on the lake on Sunday, we had fun playing cards and games sitting around the kitchen table.

Plenty of room for everyone. We were there for thanksgiving and there were no measuring cups for cooking but the manager contacted the housekeeper and she delivered them to us promptly. Could be a bit better lighting in the kitchen area as we played cards etc there.

Clean property with lots of space.

Everything was nice, plenty of towels and supplies. There was a step up from the kitchen to the rest of the house that was difficult for my 70 year old father-in-law to get up. I was expecting a level ground floor. Other than that, no issues. We really enjoyed the air hockey table. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous house!

There were 12 adults in the house and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for that size group. We've stayed in a lot VRBO properties and this was the cleanest and best stocked by far. Great house with a huge kitchen, good size bedrooms and baths and beautiful yard and patio to enjoy. We are planning on staying here again next summer.
