Blue Vista is a gorgeous top floor, ocean front, corner unit that offers stunning ocean and bay views. It is the perfect sanctuary if you’re looking to relax and recharge. Its open floor plan allows you to soak up breathtaking ocean views from the gourmet kitchen and inviting dining/living areas. You will never want to leave the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf with ample seating to sit, sip and dine; the views do not get any better than this! *This vacation rental is equipped with a ring doorbell for your security and protection. Additionally with devices that monitor the environment inside the property including: smoking, noise levels, temperature, and motion to help our guest have a pleasant stay.*

We care for Blue Vista as a home and resort retreat. We strive to offer a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere where precious forever memories are made! It is beautifully appointed and artfully decorated throughout and stocked with everything you would normally need in a vacation home.

This vacation oasis is perfect for a larger family, two smaller families, or couple looking to enjoy the best views in style. Blue Vista offers a king bed in the primary with ensuite bathroom and private balcony to view the sunset, a second king bedroom, and a third bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds (twin over twin). Sleeps up to 8. The unit includes 3 sizable high-end TV's, WIFI, cable, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the west end of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is cleaned & groomed offering a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check in: 4 PM
•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
