Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and balanced review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the house, found it clean, and loved the pool area. We sincerely apologize for the error in our listing regarding the bathrooms. You are absolutely correct — the home has 3.5 bathrooms, not 4 full bathrooms and 2 half baths as stated. This was our mistake, and we completely understand how that discrepancy could be frustrating, especially with four couples sharing the space. We have already corrected the listing to ensure future guests have accurate information. We’re also sorry to hear about the neighbor situation with the smoke. Unfortunately, that is outside of our control, but we understand how disruptive that can be and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re so glad that overall you had a wonderful stay and found the location convenient for shopping and dining. We also truly appreciate your kind words about our communication — that is always a top priority for us! We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future. 🙏

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate hearing from our guests, as it helps us improve. Regarding the neighborhood, we understand that noise and surroundings can impact a stay. While the property itself is accurately represented and located in a residential area, occasional noise from surrounding homes or businesses can occur and is unfortunately outside of our direct control. We do our best to be transparent in our listing and are always happy to answer location-related questions prior to booking. As for communication, we sincerely apologize if you experienced any difficulty reaching us. We actively monitor messages through the VRBO platform, as it is the most reliable and secure way for both guests and hosts to communicate. We will review the phone contact process to ensure it’s as seamless as possible going forward. Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your experience. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
