The Cabin at 2410 Hammond Road, Camden, can sleep six people (2Q,1F), and is 1.25 acres of the best piece of property on Lake Wateree. The Cabin, approximately 1000 sf, is the perfect gathering place for families with a large porch and outdoor eating areas, a large pier for sunbathing, picnicking, fishing or grilling on the kettle grill. There is also a fish cleaning table and sink with water in the back yard of the cabin. Our pet friendly Cabin at Beaver Creek is not fancy, but comfortable, providing a magical place that gives families the time and space to enjoy each other and the great outdoors. Whether you like to swim, ski or fish, The Cabin at Beaver Creek is the perfect place for a laid-back vacation or weekend getaway. Internet is provided.
There are two bedrooms. Guests are asked to bring their own linens for beds and bath.The larger bedroom has one queen and one double bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a firm mattress. Kitchen linens are provided.

Judy Watts and Jeannie Parker are the owners of The Cabin at Beaver Creek. The cabin was built in 1952 by their father, uncles and grandfather when Judy and Jeannie were babies. It has remained as a family retreat ever since, providing a gathering place for family events for seven decades.
Jeannie Hill is a retired school teacher (and a former teacher of the year for her school) who still works as a science liaison for the schools in the Rock Hill area. She
has two grown children and is an accomplished gardener.
Judy Watts is a retired journalist and former newspaper columnist and editor for The Post and Courier in Charleston. In retirement she has authored two novels and has published three collections of her humor columns. She and her husband Pat have two grown children, two daughters-in-law and two grandgirls and a grandboy.

This is a family property built in 1952 by the owners' father, grandfather and uncles. It has remained an important part of the family as a gathering place through the years and still holds a special place in the hearts of family members.

The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and flatware anyone could need. There is a pantry and a large refrigerator/freezer for vacation food and snacks.
A fullsize stove and a microwave make cooking easy. A window next to the stove opens easily to create a pass-through to the porch table to make getting the food and place settings to the table.
A wallmount TV picks up local channels clearly. The smart tv allows you to log in to your favorite streaming service.
There is a table in the yard for outdoor dining. There is a small round table that can be taken to the dock for waterside dining or visiting. Please return that table to the yard when not in use on the dock. There is also a hot-and-cold water shower outside.
A washer/dryer is located in the extended kitchen area.
